Commission Transparency

  • Advisors begin at an 80% commission split.

  • After earning $5,000 in gross commission, advisors move to a 90% split.

  • To maintain the 90% tier, advisors must generate at least $5,000 annually.

  • This is a commission-based industry. Cash flow requires patience, tracking, and professionalism.
